The location was perfect for reaching the church easily and with several restaurant options nearby, including Shahenshah Indian Cuisine just a short 5-minute walk away.

The staff were helpful in the entire hotel. Me and my family members we really enjoyed the room, it was brand-new and airy.

Everything was great, I had a lovely weekend enjoying the clean, spacious rooms and the friendly staff, plus the amazing close proximity to the beach.

It was a really nice experience. Everything was fine during 2 days, truly enjoyed its perfectly comfortable and ideal location close enough to good restaurants, pubs and promenade as well as promenade and town centre. The staff were amicable and know their duties.

The value for money was excellent, I booked a single room but got a double room instead, and it was spotless. The location was convenient, close to town center and the seafront. The owner, Wendy, was absolutely delightful and made my stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the guest house was very convenient, with easy access to the promenade, leisure facilities, shops. It was great being able to explore the area easily without having to go too far. Additionally, the host of the guest house was friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful information about the local area. They were able to recommend some great activities and places to visit, which made our stay more enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious, and we enjoyed starting our day off with a tasty meal.

One of the main drawbacks of our stay was the lack of en-suite facilities. It would have been more comfortable and convenient to have our own bathroom, especially during Christmas when the guest house was quite busy.

We booked a standard room and it was spotless. The beds were comfy, and the staff was great. The location was handy - close to shops, the beach, the promenade, and pubs. We also enjoyed some lovely treats at Grapes, which is conveniently located really close to the hotel.
